I have worked with infertility and IVF treatment since 1991 and was trained in In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) in 1992 when I had a full-time job at Denmark’s first private fertility clinic in Frederiksberg in Copenhagen.
From 1993 to 1996 I carried out a successful transport IVF treatment at Frederiksberg Hospital, after which I took up a permanent position as a specialist at a private IVF clinic in Hellerup.
In 1999 I was appointed consultant at Holbæk Hospital, where I build and managed a new public IVF clinic, that covered the need for fertility treatment in the county of Zealand. I was head of the Fertility Clinic in Holbæk until October 2005 when I succeeded specialist Kim Marky-Nielsen at Dansk Fertilitetsklinik.
Despite my extensive clinical experience I give high priority to continued professional education and training. Each year I participate in several courses and congresses in order to be constantly updated on the most recent treatment methods.
I have special interest in the treatment of Endometriosis and in stimulation of the difficult IVF patient.
