Due to the high prescence of covid-19 we ask you to wear a mouthpiece when you enter the clinic.
- We ask you to present your covid-passport as proof of immunity
- If you do not have a valid covid passport, please present a negative quick test that is less than 48 hours old
- If you are exempt from wearing a mouthpiece, please present a negative quick test that is less than 48 hours old
The clinic is open, and we have taken into account all recommendations from the Danish Health and Medicines Authorities in our work organisation, to ensure your and the staff’s safety and security:
- no waiting in the waiting room, please arrive on time
- relatives can be brought along for oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, insemination and pregnancy scan
- children are still not allowed in the clinic
- interviews are made over Skype, Facetime of the phone
- all patients with Covid-19 symptoms must contact us immediately, as your treatment will be postponed
- we have extra cleaning of handles and surfaces where infection can be transmitted
- our cleaning already follows NIR (National Infectious Disease Guidelines)
Our phone is open Monday to Friday from 9-14, Saturdays and Bank Holidays from 9-12.
